Chatzio is an embeddable website chat application for WordPress websites. When installed it scans the entire website and learns all the information. It then allows website users to ask any questions about the website and products and responds just like a human with instant answers. It is integrated with ChatGPT, an AI language model. It also allows human operators to take over the chat at any point.

Once you’ve purchased a subscription, simply download the Chatzio WordPress Plugin from your account area and upload it to your WordPress website. In order to do this, simply login to your WordPress website, click on ‘Plugins’ and then ‘Add New’. You will now upload the ChatzioPlugin.zip file and Chatzio will be installed in under one minute. Chatzio is now live on your website and ready to assist your users!

Yes, Chatzio is specifically built to respond to your customers automatically 24/7. If needed, a human operator can take over the conversation at any time.

Chatzio automatically scans your entire WordPress website.

This means that it can answer any questions related to your products, services and any other text that is present on your site.

So there is no need for you to train Chatzio – simply install it and it will do the rest automatically.

However, if there’s more information that you’d like it to tell your customers, but you don’t want this information on your website, you can simply log into your Chatzio dashboard and upload the information in the ‘Chatzio Training’ area. Then Chatzio will also have this information in its knowledge base as well!

Absolutely, you will need 1 subscription per website, this will allow Chatzio to learn everything about your website as well as to be individually trained.

If you would like to use Chatzio on another website, please create another account and purchase an additional subscription.

Yes, Chatzio comes with built in analytics which will allow you to view how many chats you’ve had, chat durations, past interactions and a wide range of data.

Chatzio supports over 72 major languages. If you can think of it, there’s a very good chance Chatzio speaks it! When your customers chat with Chatzio we charge you based on chat messages.


A chat message is either a question from your customers or a response from Chatzio.


Each plan comes with a specific number of included chat messages per month which are used up as your customer chats with Chatzio.


Chatzio will only respond with one message for every message your customer sends.


If you buy a monthly plan your account’s chat messages will be credited each month.


If you buy a yearly plan your account’s chat messages will be credited yearly.

A standard customer service chat normally has around 10 messages on average. In fact, most customer support chats are quite short while a few are longer. So 10 messages is a good average. Of course this depends on the type of products and services or information that your website provides.

We have estimated the approximate amount of chats each plan will provide.

We recommend choosing a plan that will accommodate the number of chats you expect to have on your website.

If you use up your chat messages within your billing period (monthly or yearly), you will be charged on any additional chat messages that you use within the same billing period (monthly or yearly), based on the pricing plan that you are on.

Lite plan

Standard Plan

1 chat message = $0.008192

Pro Plan

1 chat message = $0.007168

Your payment method on file will be billed automatically whenever your balance reaches $5.00

If your payment fails your Chatzio account will be suspended until the payment is made successfully.

Chatzio works by using the information on your website and any additional training data that you have uploaded into you Chatzio Training area within your Chatzio dashboard – so the more information you have available, the better it will perform. In some circumstances, Chatzio may provide erroneous responses. If this occurs, we recommend altering the training data that you are inputting. Our team can also help you with this.

Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time. In this case, your credits will be available until the end of your billing period. We’ll keep your training data for up to 3 months or until you delete your account. This means that you can pause your subscription and whenever you’re ready to resume Chatzio, it’ll be ready to go. This also means that you can put your account on hold by cancelling your subscription and then resuming when you’re ready within a 3 month period.

You can cancel your Chatzio subscription at any time. Just navigate into your account dashboard, then subscriptions. From here you can cancel your subscription instantly.

You can go to your chat dashboard anytime, from there, you can monitor any active conversations Chatzio is holding. You can also take over and even turn Chatzio off and make use of Chatzio’s live chat features.

You can turn Chatzio off from your chat dashboard, simply click the ‘off’ button at the top and you’re done. From that point you can continue using Chatzio as a live chat tool and whenever you’re ready you can let Chatzio back in.

You can boot Chatzio from a live conversation and take over at any point, this gives you full control at all times.
