CHATBOT SERVICE DISCLAIMER

THIS CHATBOT SERVICE (THE “SERVICE”) IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL MSA Ventures LLC, with registered office at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200 Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States, THE PROVIDERS OF THE SERVICE (THE “COMPANY”) BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SERVICE.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Disclaimer. If you disagree with any part of the Disclaimer, then you may not access the Service.

The Service utilizes an automated chatbot model, which generates responses based on training data and specific information provided by each company (the “Client”) for their respective customers. The Service does not independently verify, and cannot guarantee, the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided to it. The responses generated by the Service are not manually reviewed or endorsed by the Company.

The Client is solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and updated information to the Service. The Company disclaims all responsibility and liability for any erroneous, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the Service that arises from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information provided by the Client.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Service may, on occasion, generate incorrect, inappropriate, or misleading responses due to the inherent limitations of the underlying chatbot model, including its reliance on the data and information provided. The Client accepts this risk and agrees not to hold the Company liable for any adverse consequences arising from such occurrences.

The Client further acknowledges and agrees that the Company is not responsible for any damages, losses, costs, or harm resulting from decisions made or actions taken based on information provided by the Service.

The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, cost, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with any claim brought by a third party relating to the use of the Service.

By using the Service, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood this Disclaimer, agrees to be bound by its terms, and accepts all legal consequences. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Service.

This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes relating to this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

CHATZIO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Subscription Terms: Your Chatzio subscription, which may start with a free trial, will continue month-to-month or year-to-year, as chosen during your initial sign-up (“Subscription Period”), unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it.
Billing Cycle: The subscription fee for our service will be billed at the beginning of your Subscription Period and each subsequent billing cycle thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription.
Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before your monthly or yearly billing date, you authorize us to charge your next month’s or year’s subscription fee to your Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below).
Free Trials: Your Chatzio subscription may start with a free trial. The free trial period of your membership lasts for one month, or as otherwise specified during sign-up. Free trials may not be combined with any other offers.
Payment Methods: To use the Chatzio service, you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the “Account” page.
Cancellation: You can cancel your Chatzio subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Chatzio service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans: We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
Service Availability: The availability of Chatzio and specific features within the service may vary geographically, and Chatzio may not be accessible in all locations.
